1. Eggs

2. Drink Water
Everyone knows that we should all get at least 64 oz's of water each day. Most of us fail to do it. When you feel yourself getting hungry between meals one of the best tactics is drinking a tall glass of water. Wait a little while and if you're still hungry drink another.
3. Drink coffee
Coffee is well known to suppress hunger cravings and boost metabolism. Just don’t overdo the sugar, cream or horribly chemical based non-dairy creamers. If you’re at home or the office having a craving flip the script and go outside for a walk or some light exercise to hold you over until meal time.
4. Eat a piece of fruit or snack on some nuts
Apples are great because of the quantity of fiber in them and pectin. Fruits and nuts in general will fuel your body with the protein, vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Did you know that 90% of your vitamins and minerals come from fruits and vegetables?
7. Have a cup of green tea
Green tea has hormones in it that are responsible for creating the feeling of being satiated. It also stimulates your metabolism, which helps to burn fat and who doesn’t want that!

Acetic acid in vinegar helps keep food in the stomach longer and it improves digestion. It also has the effect of normalizing blood sugar even when combined with high sugar foods. It is so effective that it will fight cravings for 1-1.5 hours. Try it with one tablespoon of vinegar mixed with sparkling water.
9. Eat Avocados
Avocados are full of fiber and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat. Avocado's also suppress appetite when eaten in moderation. (This doesn't mean have a bowl of guacamole and a whole bag of tortilla chips, but hey whose judging?)
10. Don’t eat right before bed
It’s best not to eat for at least two hours before going to bed. If you do eat your body spends all of its energy digesting your food instead of healing and repairing your body.
