Do you like pina coladas… This cold weather has got me feeling like I need a tropical cheer up! My favorite smoothie on a warm blue sky day is pina colada! Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Water, Chia Seeds and Fresh Mint.
Coconut Milk Powder is made from freshly pressed coconut milk. It’s SUCH a delicious and easy dairy free alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or allergic to animal milk. This vegan drink is also soy free & gluten free. I use @thecoconutcompanyco Coconut Powder to thicken smoothies in the morning or sometimes as a creamer for my morning coconut coffee latte. Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 x Frozen Banana
- Half a fresh Pineapple
- 3 large Tbspns of Coconut Powder
- a cup of Coconut Water
- a teaspoon of Chia Seeds
- the Juice of 1 Lime
- Fistful of Chopped up Fresh Mint.
