Blender Honey Matcha Latte

Creamy and comforting, this matcha latte boasts antioxidants from the ceremonial grade green matcha, and beneficial enzymes from the raw honey. A dash of Ceylon cinnamon to help stabilize blood sugar and vanilla extract to cut the bitterness of the green tea flavor. Soothing and satisfying this matcha latte is a twist on an old classic.
Blender Honey Matcha Latte Recipe
Prep Time: 0 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5minutes | Serving: 1 - 2
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp organic ceremonial grade matcha
½ cup filtered water
½ cup full fat coconut milk, no guar gum
2 tbsp raw honey
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. On the stovetop, combine the water and coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
2. Meanwhile, combine the matcha, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt in the blender. Once the liquid has warmed, add to the blender and emulsify until frothy.
3. Pour into your favorite mug and add a dash of cinnamon on top!
