Chaga Chai Latte

A perfectly sweetened, caffeine-free cup of calming chaga and warming chai! Wonderfully spiced and immune-boosting, skip your morning coffee and reach for this instead.

Chaga Chai Latte Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time:  10 minutes | Serving: 1 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk, no guar

  • ½ cup filtered water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom

  • 1 tsp chaga powder

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder

INSTRUCTIONS

 1.       In a small saucepan bring the milk and water to a low boil. Remove from heat.

 2.       In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients – cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, chaga, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt and blend until frothy. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
