A frozen treat that captures the taste of summer on ice! Made with real, whole ingredients — never “natural” or artificial flavors, dyes, or binders. It’s a sweet delight for both kids and adults.

Blueberry Popsicles Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Servings:  10 popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  •  4 cups of blueberries (freshly picked in season or organic frozen wild blue)

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk, no guar gum

  • ¼ cup real maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

 1.        Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.

 2.        Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds and leave a bit of space at the top to allow them to expand in the freezer. Insert popsicle sticks in the mold and place in the freezer.

3.        Allow to freeze for 8 hours. Remove from the freezer and allow them to thaw for a few minutes. Remove from the popsicle molds and enjoy!
