Blueberry Popsicles Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 10 popsicles
INGREDIENTS
4 cups of blueberries (freshly picked in season or organic frozen wild blue)
1 can full fat coconut milk, no guar gum
¼ cup real maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.
2. Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds and leave a bit of space at the top to allow them to expand in the freezer. Insert popsicle sticks in the mold and place in the freezer.
3. Allow to freeze for 8 hours. Remove from the freezer and allow them to thaw for a few minutes. Remove from the popsicle molds and enjoy!
