Hot Honey Ginger Cider

A quick and easy way to make “mulled” cider without all the fuss. Warming and soothing in the cooler months, with the bonus of immune-boosting ginger and raw honey.

Hot Honey Ginger Cider Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 2-4

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ gallon fresh apple cider

  • 1 piece ginger

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

 INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Combine the apple cider, ginger, and cinnamon into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer on the stovetop for 5 minutes. Remove from stove once warmed.

2.     Stir in a big spoonful of raw honey. Pour into a mug and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
