Mixed Berry Jam

Fresh homemade jam is the best! This jam has no fillers, pectin, or stabilizers – just fresh, local, and perfectly ripened berries with omega-3s as a bonus.
Mixed Berry Jam Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 1-ish cup of jam
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp real maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all berries to a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the berries soften.
2. Mash the berries and bring the pot to a simmer. Cook on low for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
3. Add the maple syrup and chia seeds and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
4. Once completely cooled, place into a glass jar or weck jar and refrigerate the jam.
5. The jam will thicken in the fridge. You can store it for 2-3 weeks. Enjoy over toast, on yogurt, with granola, however you like!
