Strawberry Rhubarb Yogurt Bowl

Bright and uplifting, this yogurt bowl is a wonderful way to begin your morning! Filled with seasonal flavors from local farms, this yogurt bowl is sure to be your new favorite breakfast. When raspberry and blueberry season hit, just swap out your ingredients for a refresh.
Strawberry Rhubarb Yogurt Bowl Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 1-2
INGREDIENTS
10 organic strawberries, sliced
2 stalks rhubarb, sliced
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup homemade granola
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 cups coconut yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the strawberry and rhubarb, maple syrup, and lemon in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir together for 5-10 minutes until the strawberries and rhubarb are softened. Remove from heat.
2. Prepare your yogurt bowl with about 2 cups of yogurt, divided into 2 bowls. Top with the strawberry rhubarb mix, walnuts, hemp seeds, and homemade granola. Enjoy!
