Homemade Ginger Hibiscus Tea

Ginger Hibiscus Tea Recipe

INGREDIENTS
½ cup hibiscus flowers
4 inch ginger, sliced
1 tbsp raw honey
8 cups boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the dried hibiscus flowers and ginger, into a large jar or glass (large enough to hold 8 cups). Bring your water to a boil and pour over the dried hibiscus and ginger. Steep for 10 minutes or until lukewarm.
2. Strain the tea into a large glass or carafe. Stir in the raw honey. Serve warm or iced.
Note: You may keep the tea in the refrigerator to have iced. If this is how you prefer to enjoy it, add the raw honey before refrigerating. If you would prefer it hot, wait until you’ve heated the tea to add the honey, so you don’t lose the benefits of the raw honey.
