Spring Green Goddess Smoothie

Happy Spring! This smoothie is perfect for ushering in all the colors and feelings of the spring season. It is naturally detoxifying, loaded with water-dense vegetables and fruits that restore hydration to the cells and help to detoxify the digestive system – helping to move things out! The perfect smoothie for some spring cleaning. 

 

Green Goddess Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 2-4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 1 honey crisp apple

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup mango

  • ½ cup pineapple

  • 2-inch piece of ginger

  • 1 tbsp spirulina

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Water to thin

 
INSTRUCTIONS

 1.     Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until completely emulsified. Pour into mason jars and enjoy!

Note: All ingredients should be previously frozen. This makes more a much better smoothie consistency, otherwise, your smoothie will be grainy and warm.
