Sweet and Savory Peanut Sauce You Can Use on Just About Anything

This peanut sauce is super simple and comes together in minutes. It will keep in the fridge for the week and is perfect for pad thai, spring rolls, dipping veggies for an afternoon snack, drizzled atop power bowls, Asian-inspired salads, and over veggie rice stir fry’s. It is creamy, subtly sweet, and savory.
Peanut Sauce Recipe
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
½ cup creamy peanut butter, salted
1-2 tbsp gluten-free tamari
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 garlic clove
¼ tsp red pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup water to thin
INSTRUCTIONS
1. To a blender, add peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup, garlic clove, crushed red pepper, and lime juice. Add water a little at a time until a thick but pourable sauce is achieved and blend. Adjust ingredients to fit your flavor profile and salt to taste.
2. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
