Sauces are the best way to make otherwise bland and boring food, taste amazing! They can also add a bit of flair to your weekly staples, including power bowls, salads, and stir fry’s – kicking up the flavor profile a notch or at least switching it up.

This peanut sauce is super simple and comes together in minutes. It will keep in the fridge for the week and is perfect for pad thai, spring rolls, dipping veggies for an afternoon snack, drizzled atop power bowls, Asian-inspired salads, and over veggie rice stir fry’s. It is creamy, subtly sweet, and savory.
