Watermelon Mint Lemonade

A twist on a traditional summertime classic, this watermelon mint lemonade is refreshing, perfectly sweetened, and delicious! It’s perfect for relaxing outside on hot summer days or used as a festive mocktail at parties.
Watermelon Mint Lemonade Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
8 cups of watermelon
2 cups filtered water
4 lemons, juiced
4 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup fresh mint
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Begin by chopping your watermelon into cubes until you have 8 cups of watermelon. Add to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour out through a mesh strainer into a liquid measuring cup – until you have about 3 cups of watermelon juice.
2. In a big pitcher or jar, add the watermelon juice, water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and mint. Stir together and place in the fridge to cool or serve immediately over ice. Enjoy with fresh mint in cold glass mason jars!
